When is the season?

Week before Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend.

What utilities are included, and who pays for them?

Each site has individually metered electric and a septic pump-out service. Both are billed to you as the camper, separate from the monthly site rate.

Is there Wi-Fi / cable?

Is laundry available?

Yes — a coin-operated laundry facility is on-site, along with a clean public bathhouse with hot water showers.

Can I store my RV on-site in the off-season?

Yes. Renewing seasonal campers can keep their RV on-site over the winter by paying a storage fee/deposit that applies toward the next season.

Are pets allowed?

Pets require pre-approval from management before arrival. Reach out with details about your pet so we can discuss.

Is there a minimum/maximum RV age or size?

There’s no fixed cutoff — every RV is reviewed and pre-approved by management on a case-by-case basis, to keep the grounds looking well-kept and in line with our quiet, rustic setting.
