A private, family-run seasonal RV park in rustic, nature setting in Adirondack. Family-owned for more than 50 years on the southwest shore of Lake George, directly across from Hearthstone Point State Park. We’re currently taking a wait-list for new seasonal sites.

Why campers stay year after year

Many of our seasonal campers have returned for years — some across multiple generations of the same family. What keeps them coming back isn’t a long amenities list or organized activities; it’s the quiet. Mature trees separate each site, the pace is unhurried, and access to the public beach is just down the street.

For access to restaurants and lively scenes, the village of Lake George is 2 miles down the road, and the village of Bolton Landing is 7 miles up the road.
